The People's Family Court is a private family-mediation service, not a court of law.

The People's Family Court helps separated parents agree arrangements for their children through structured video hearings with a qualified Presiding Mediator — booked in days, with a full written record, at a fixed price. It is not a court and its outcomes are agreements and recommendations, never orders of any court.

How it works

1. Choose your country and package — Resolve (3 hearings), Rebuild (5), or Protect (8). Fixed prices, shown all-in.
2. Pick a Presiding Mediator or take the match — same-jurisdiction only, live availability.
3. Both parents verify identity, answer identical safety questions separately, and sign.
4. Fund your share into holding. Hearing 1 is settlement-seeking; statements and evidence follow only if needed.
5. Minutes and directions within 5 working days; reasoned outcome at the end; reviews at case close.

• Rebuild — 5 hearings (£1,695 draft): structured evidence rounds for entrenched disagreement.
• Protect — 8 hearings (£2,495 draft): smaller steps with explicit exit ramps for high conflict.

Prices are draft working figures pending validation; VAT position TBC. Each parent's share defaults to 50/50.
